We hired Harmon Brothers for their consulting services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Harmon Brothers has provided strategic consulting guidance to us on how to improve our online sales and digital ads. The engagement started with a deep dive into our brand. After that, their team guided us through a series of templates that helped them diagnose our brand’s key selling points and competitors, among others. 

From there, they’ve continued to help us craft hypotheses for messages that can resonate with our target consumers. To do that, we go through a series of advertising tests that gauges the performance of the hypotheses. We build a number of assets that can test the hypotheses, and we then field Facebook ads to gauge their effectiveness. Based on those tests, we make changes and iterations to improve our ads’ performance over time.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Our website sales are up by 100% year over year. Our cost per acquisition rate has also been significantly lower than in the past, thanks to Harmon Brothers’ guidance. Finally, our average order value has gone up by about 50%, too. 

How did Harmon Brothers perform from a project management standpoint?

Their scheduling skills are good, while they’re fine when it comes to budget. To communicate, we use emails and a weekly phone call.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Harmon Brothers has a track record of scaling many businesses, and they know plenty of best practices. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

Their overall process and project management could be improved by moving them a little bit faster. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Have plenty of budgets for other vendors and partners you’ll need to bring in, such as ad buyers. That’s because Harmon Brothers doesn’t do much execution; they only provide consulting expertise.
