Haopin Global

Haopin Global (上海好品全球科技有限公司, a subsidiary of Haopin Holdings) is a buyer-side China sourcing agent based in Shanghai. We work for the buyer — importers, Amazon sellers and small businesses in the United States and Europe — not for factories.

What we do:

- Factory vetting & shortlisting — we compare OEM/ODM factories on the criteria that decide your order: real production capability (not a trading desk), export history to your destination market, capacity fit for your volume, and honest risk notes.

- Factory audits & quality control — on-the-ground checks in China before you place the order, plus in-production QC and pre-shipment inspection coordination.

- Order follow-up — we stay on the order after the PO: production timeline tracking, shipment coordination and issue escalation.

- Free sourcing report — tell us the product, target market and budget; we return realistic supplier options, timelines and next steps within 24 hours. No commitment.

How we are different:

Most "China sourcing" search results are either factory storefronts or trading desks with a factory story. We never claim to be a factory. We are an agent on your side of the table: our job is to make the shortlist honest, the risk visible, and the reorder path documented. First orders can start small — we confirm sample / trial-order paths after matching, and we do not invent MOQs, fees or certifications.

Who we serve:

US/EU importers, Amazon FBA sellers, and small businesses buying from China across consumer goods categories — power tools, water treatment, packaging & bags, pet products, mobility products, furniture and more (toys go to haopintoys.com).
