Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the owner of a clinical research consulting firm. We provide services in clinical trials, site management, project management, and medical monitoring.

What challenge were you trying to address with Halder Group?

We needed a partner to develop an app.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Because we have a confidentiality agreement, we can’t say much about the project. Halder Group is building a progressive web app to help us provide better services to our end clients.

We work with the owner.

How did you come to work with Halder Group?

When we were looking for a partner, they had the skill set and professionalism I was looking for, so I hired them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together in May 2019, and the work is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They refined our initial design and have given lots of feedback to make it even better.

How did Halder Group perform from a project management standpoint?

We have a seamless communication process, and they deliver everything on time. The team is highly professional. We mainly communicate via email and phone, and they typically respond within five minutes to let us know they’ve received our message. They then usually schedule a call to discuss the concern and have it resolved within 24 hours.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re knowledgeable and work hard to meet our demands. The industry we work in is highly regulated, and they’re well-versed in those requirements. If we want to rework something, they’re flexible and go out of their way to build something to our satisfaction. They proactively engage with the project, providing suggestions to make the product more effective and user-friendly.

Are there any areas they could improve?

At this time, I don't see what they could do better. I'm happy with their work.
