Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We brought on HaileTech as our sole IT managed services provider. They manage everything IT related from software and hardware, to user onboarding/offboarding, network support, help desk, projects, etc. They are an ongoing partner and our main source of IT support.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have improved our IT security tremendously, from end user management, to auditing online credentials, enforcing 2FA across countless pieces of software, etc. HaileTech has significantly reduced risk for us, often identifying gaps we didn't know we had. Together we've also cleaned up redudant licenses, reducing costs in unexpected areas. This is all on top of adding an IT Help Desk to our business for the first time.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Peter is incredibly helpful in terms of both response speed and thoroughness. He and team are often thinking well ahead of what we are, often recommending changes we make, projects we start, etc. These are not upsells with added costs, they are simply recommendations because its the right thing to do, and I love that level of commitment and support
