R. Victor Haas, Jr. is President of Haas Business Valuation Services Inc.  In this capacity, he is responsible for all aspects of the work product.  He supervises all stages of the business valuation process and all accounting services work.

His experience in business valuation includes common stock, preferred stock, and business enterprises. Mr. Haas has provided valuations for estate planning, buy-sell agreements and corporate redemptions, employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), and in the service of advising buyers and sellers of closely-held businesses. He works with business owners to create value in their companies as part of the exit-planning process. His appraisals have been used in the areas of dissenting shareholder litigation, bankruptcy, quantification of damages and lost profits, lender liability, and marital dissolution.

Too often, business valuations are done mechanically, essentially by formula, with no insight by the appraiser.  We don't work this way.  Instead, we focus on finding the missing numbers, the hidden transaction, the absent piece of that complex puzzle upon which many business valuations center -- and we do this in a manner that is supportable in a court of law or before the Internal Revenue Service.  In other words, we "get it right."
