As agency of record, deliverables included media management and placement. As Marketing partner, deliverables included annual marketing plan with full scope campaigns to accompany each identified priority - print, radio, broadcast TV, social media, & digital elements. As Strategic thinkers - most notable deliverable was the development of an annual community health challenge. H2M brought forward the idea and it was launched with a Walk to Waikiki that engaged our entired community in moving more for better health. The annual challenge continued and grew for 7 years.

H2M met all project deadlines, measured growth and ROI metrics as available and applicable, and exceeded expectations for development and growth of health challenges as measured by particpant numbers, engagement, and participant self-reported health outcomes.

Consistently met deadlines, proactively communicated questions and ideas, and promptly returned messages and calls from our team.

Times in which H2M was onboarding of new staff was the one notable area in which we experienced challenges.
