The scope of work is to provide edtech services to help students prepare for computer based IELTS exam. So they have created some online tests for practice and these can be used by students as simulation for actual exam. The software is sold to institutes in a pre-paid package format and the institutes can then further create student logins and manage the tests accordingly.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The product is already built by them but it has lot of bugs which I discovered after purchasing the product and using the tests with my students

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Since the software is already built, there is no project management required. However, the bugs that I reported were not resolved by them and their customer support team is a big disgrace.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I bought the software as an impulse requirement, and just because of the visual appearance but there is nothing impressive or unique about it.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Gurully Technologiescould have done differently?

I have written them numerous email about the bugs in the software, in fact, i almost write them an email everday for the bugs that i encounter with my student. They have failed to properly reply or resolve any of the bugs so far. When asked about refund they sent me a link to terms and conditions which were never shown or messaged to me before purchase. I can provide the evidence of these emails. They need to work a lot on the bugs in their tests and also improve their customer support team

On May 23rd, the customer approached our Institute Support team with a request for retaking the section-wise test. Our support team promptly addressed this matter and even facilitated manual checking for the 'Writing' section in CD-IELTS, ensuring that students could successfully exit the mock test. On May 25th, our support team promptly conveyed the customer's feedback to our tech, quality, and content teams to rectify any issues.

On May 29th, the customer reported an incorrect question-answer sequence, which we quickly resolved. However, on May 30th, our attempts to contact the customer by phone were unsuccessful. We also acknowledge that there were display issues with the platform content, possibly due to a narrow monitor-screen aspect ratio on the client's end.
