We researched “content writing services” and found them as a suggested choice. We visited their website and liked what we saw. They felt a lot more “personal” as a company than the other options.

GTH provided written content for the landing page and all other subpages of the website. They also wrote blog posts to populate our blog page and saturate it with relevant keywords. We chose English as our target language, and they were perfect in fluency.

An account manager was assigned to our project and for the initial briefing a content writer was present.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Their content writing helped us look a lot more fluent in English. It made us look more professional and generated more traffic our way, especially in the blog post section.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We held just a few online meetings between our project manager and their account manager and the details were clarified. If any current question arose, we used a telecommunications application.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were very impressed with their high level of English fluency. However, as a translation company, it wasn’t that surprising. What impressed us most though, was their creativity. Their text was highly engaging, using many colorful languages without changing our brand identity.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We did not encounter any problems working with GTH on this project. Their content writing services were straightforward and professional. We would definitely work with them again.

We hired GTH to translate our games into 30 or so languages, we obviously require this work to be done to a high quality so that all our players around the globe can access and understand our games.

We use a variety of HTML and JSON files to encode the translations for our games We produce the English version and sent it to them and they produce the translated version for us to upload for each language and game.

The team's speed and quality were exceptional as always we always receive back all requests in a timely fashion, normally just a few days, depending on the scope of the project.

Their willingness to work with you in any format, towards any goal and their communication with their clients is generally excellent.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The only time I've ever been disappointed in their coverage is when we were looked at translating for Sinhala for a cricket game which is a rare and obscure request and was very tricky for us to source a translation for.

We had requested translation samples from different agencies with the same content and requirements for all. GTH was the best one of the lot in terms of language as we had the content reviewed by native speakers.

The project is fairly new but they had exported the content for sign off and then there were some back and forth to make sure that no duplicated content was translated which would inflate the cost. Now, we are expecting the first batch of content to be summited for review.

The cost is based on word count and language.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Not yet submitted. As an initial feedback, I would expect them to be a bit more careful with the content they had requested to translate. The initial extract of the content included repeated content that if we did not notice, it would've been translated resulting in the price being a lot higher and not efficient enough.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are cost-effective and deliver high-quality deliverables.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The repeated content could've been removed from the initial request but overall still waiting on the first translated pieces to be provided for review. Also the communication with the Sales Director could have been less considering she is calling on the personal numbers as well.

We selected GTH based on recommendation from our partner company. They offered us a free test in 3 of our chosen languages that we reviewed in-house and were happy with the quality, and amazed by the speed of delivery. Another deciding factor was their friendly rates.

They translated the marketing materials to 15 different languages (Polish, Russian, German, Latvian, Estonian, Lithuanian, French, Italian, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish, Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai). The complexity of the project was on implementation side, as we use a custom solution to provide content and track leads. They were working closely with my development team and I to assure smooth implementation and done a free onsite content checking after implementation making sure content wasn’t broken/ missing or misplaced.

They informed us the rates are tailored based on factors like industry type, document type. We liked that they do not have minimal charges and in long term collaboration we can be invoiced on monthly bases. They also informed being opened to provide volume based discounts on bigger projects.

Their work assured us that we can share more native content with our target markets. The feedback of our users implied the quality of the native context communicated well the technical sides of the project and it was easy to understand. Let`s say we have a client that would like to launch a trading brand in the European market. Once we figure out which countries will be targeted, our copywriters create the website and marketing content and our legal team prepares the documents. After all the needed approvals we approach GTH and send them the files . Depending on the type of content we were sending them word or excel files. The sharing channel was emails.

Their quotes were based on a total word count. As we have been working with them for a long time GTH managed to give us a special price for our projects.

First of all with their support we managed to succesfully launch the brands with the necessary translations. For sure this made an impact on the conversion of clients as a lot of them do not speak English good enough to understand all the content.

Second - GTH are extremely understanding in times of urgent tasks coming from our side and there were cases where they reacted quicker than what we usually need.

Besides the quality of work, for sure the attitude of the people working in it. They are patient, understanding, and more than happy to assist with whatever we need.

We have not had any issues with them so far so it is difficult to point out a specific thing for improvement.
