GTA General Contractors completed a full renovation of our new distribution warehouses, showroom and offices. The scope of work included a full-service design-build construction including architectural design, engineering, interior design, construction and project management

The project operations team was very responsive to our questions and open to making changes as they came up to better suit our needs. They were very proactive in identifying potential issues and addressing them before they became major issues. The communication was very clear and the team was very supportive, providing expert guidance as needed. 

They were also able to adapt to changing circumstances and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure that everyone is on the same page. They were great at defining clear project goals, creating a detailed plan with deadlines and milestones, executing on those deadlines and monitoring progress regularly to ensure that the project stays on track.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The thing that we found most impressive about GTA General Contractors was their portfolio, reputation, dedication and project management track record. We had met with 4 other general contractors, however, we felt the most comfortable with GTA General Contractors. The entire process was very clear and they took the time to explain everything in great detail to make sure we fully understood the work.

They had a strong reputation for delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. They prioritize clear communication with their clients throughout the construction process to ensure that their needs and expectations are met. They also have a team of experienced professionals who are skilled in managing complex industrial construction projects and delivering them on time and within budget.

Are there any areas for improvement or something GTA General Contractors Ltd. could have done differently?

None that we can think of - overall we had a great experience and plan on using them again on our next facility
