GRYT Marketing was hired mainly to help our business grow online. We mainly operates via our own website. GRYT Marketing helps to optimize our website, setup our email marketing, FB and IG ads marketing and suggest business strategies every week on what we can do to increase our revenue growth. Apart from online business strategies, he also helps to guide us on other possible offline revenue such as corporate reach-out and helps to find us collaborations with his other clients with thesame target audience.

We have a weekly meeting to discuss strategies & executions for the week. Weekly meetings are always done on time, roughly about 2-3 hours each time. We would discussed whatever needed to be discussed & execute whatever that needs to be done. Meetings are not rushed and GRYT Marketing will always ensure any bothering issues be dealt with. There is also a whatsapp group chat with the personnel we work with closely - Jeremiah. Any time we need to make changes, tweak the strategies, any issues to discuss etc, our close communication via whatsapp makes it very seamless.
Jeremiah's genuineness in helping us achieve our business goals makes us feel he is part of our team & his suggestions will always have our interest at heart.

Jeremiah does not beat around the bush. He is very transparent and honest in all our communications, doing his best to deliver what was promised. Possibly providing more affordable add-ons for video editing for use as ad creative or social media postings.

I’m an executive at 68 Degree Chicken, an e-commerce company. We sell sous vide chicken online and deliver it to our customers' doorsteps.

GRYT Marketing handles everything from the top of the funnel to conversion in terms of marketing. This includes email flows, customer win-backs, acquiring new customers from ads, and more. The team has created multiple ad campaigns, advised on required resources for future campaigns, designed email templates, and managed our social media.

Our revenue and profit have increased noticeably. Our returning customer rate is higher, too.

GRYT Marketing was initially recommended to us from our software provider. They were hired to create an e-commerce Magento site that could be networked with a current WP site. Over the years, the team has kept the site updated on critical security updates and effectively communicated to me via their team environment.

Communications and projects have been documented via the Busy Desk site which is a great tool to help to keep everything organized and updated, projects, billing etc. Monthly update meeting are offered for planning and ongoing expectations and needs with a focus on growing the site.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The Magento e-commerce site was developed on time and within the set budget. Critical security updates were planned, tested  and implemented in a timely fashion. They are quick to respond to any requests that are made. Future planning meetings are helpful with time and care in taken in describing the necessary steps.

Yes all projects have been delivered on time and per the proposal. Great communications and very responsive to all needs.

One of the developers who would be working on my account was actually the developer that created the code for the software that I was using on my site. His knowledge base of the software is a great advantage.
