I’m the founder of World Study, an educational agency that guides students in selecting quality education abroad and helps them discover their potential to shape their future careers.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Growthino?

We hired Growthino to help World Study become visible and accurately represented in AI-generated answers and AI-driven discovery channels. Our objective was not only to improve branded visibility. We wanted World Study to appear when potential students asked AI systems relevant questions about studying abroad, universities, destinations, costs, and related topics.Ultimately, our goals were to:

What was the scope of their involvement?

Growthino has carried out a complete generative engine optimization (GEO) audit for World Study and has helped us implement the improvements identified through the audit. The first stage focused on understanding how AI systems such as ChatGPT interpreted World Study, whether we appeared for relevant queries, how accurately the company was represented, and which gaps were preventing us from being surfaced or cited.

Growthino has assessed our overall AI visibility, answer presence, attribution quality, faithfulness, entity clarity, content coverage, and external signals. From there, Growthino has developed and implemented a broader improvement plan.

Key deliverables include:

The work has not stopped at simply making World Study more visible. Growthino has also focused on making sure that when AI systems mention us, they understand the company correctly and represent us faithfully.

We found Growthino through a referral. We chose them because they offered good value for the cost.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Growthino in July 2026, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We started seeing measurable results very quickly after the new website and improvements were launched. Within approximately one week of launch, we received our first tracked traffic directly from ChatGPT. During that initial period, we recorded five visitors from ChatGPT, and three of those visitors completed our lead form.

That meant that three out of five ChatGPT visitors converted into leads, making AI referral traffic one of the highest-converting traffic sources we observed during that period. The improvements were not limited to AI traffic. Growthino has also completely improved the user experience and conversion journey of the website, which has had a positive impact on visitors coming from other channels as well.

Within approximately two weeks of launch, the website generated around 30 leads from different traffic sources, including visitors coming from AI platforms.

Beyond the lead numbers, we’ve also seen a significant improvement in how AI systems understand World Study. Our brand has started appearing more clearly and accurately in relevant AI-generated answers, and the information presented about the company has become much more faithful to what World Study actually does.

The project has therefore produced results across three areas that matter to us: AI visibility, qualified traffic, and lead generation.

How did Growthino perform from a project management standpoint?

Growthino's project management has been excellent throughout the engagement. The project has been very well structured from the beginning. We always understand what is being worked on, why it matters, what the next step is, and what Growthino needs from our side.

Growthino has delivered the agreed work on time and is extremely responsive whenever we have questions, want to discuss a finding, or need clarification about a recommendation. What we especially appreciate is their ability to explain a relatively new and technical area in practical business terms. Instead of overwhelming us with technical terminology, they show us what each issue means for World Study, why it matters, and what action we should take.

They are also proactive rather than simply waiting for us to identify problems. When they find opportunities or issues that could affect AI visibility, user experience, or conversions, they bring them to our attention and propose practical solutions.

Overall, communication through virtual meetings, email, and messages is clear, fast, organized, and very collaborative.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

What impresses us most is the clarity of Growthino's thinking and the fact that we work directly with the founder. That makes the engagement feel much more personal and strategic. We feel understood, heard, and guided throughout the process rather than feeling like another account being passed between different team members.

Growthino also does not approach the project as traditional SEO with a new label. They clearly understand that AI-driven discovery works differently and that visibility in systems such as ChatGPT requires thinking about entity clarity, content, citations and external signals, attribution, faithfulness, and the overall way a brand is understood across the web.

Another thing we value is how closely they follow developments in AI search. GEO is changing very quickly, and Growthino is consistently up to date with changes in AI platforms and emerging best practices that could affect our strategy. They are able to take a very new and complex problem and turn it into a clear, practical plan that we can understand, implement, and measure.
