Samet worked with us as a strategic advisor on Meta user acquisition for Jukebox AI, and our team made the changes in the ad account. The work covered:

• Rebuilding our Meta campaigns by market and platform, so each country and OS could be judged on its own payback.
• Cleaning up our Adjust and Meta event setup, where some purchase and revenue events were being counted twice and made ROAS look better than it was.
• A creative testing process with clear rules for when a new ad gets more budget, gets translated into other languages, or gets stopped.
• A weekly audit delivered as an interactive report in Turkish and English, with budget moves per campaign, the ads to translate that week, and the ads to stop.
• Cohort revenue analysis that separated the effect of our new annual plan from the effect of the campaign changes.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Comparing the four weeks before and after the campaign changes, Meta purchase ROAS (7-day click) rose from 0.32 to 0.55 while our Meta spend was 13% lower. In Adjust, day-0 ROAS on the main campaigns went from 0.25 to 0.46. Part of the lift came from a stronger annual plan push in the same period, and Samet read the two together so we could see which part came from the campaigns and which from the paywall.

For the first time we could see which country and which campaign paid back, and budget decisions became a weekly routine based on data instead of guesswork.

Every Monday we had the weekly audit ready, with a short action list at the top so our team knew exactly what to change in the account that week. Samet worked in Turkish with us, answered questions quickly on Slack and WhatsApp, and joined calls whenever we needed to talk through a decision. When our priorities shifted, for example when we cared more about daily revenue than payback time, he adjusted the recommendations the same week.

He does not trust a number until he has checked where it comes from. He found that our tracking was counting some purchases more than once, compared Meta and Adjust side by side every week, and was always clear about what the data could and could not tell us. He also understands the business side, not only the ad account, and explains things in a way our whole team can follow. He is someone I trust, and he has always been the first person we call.

The first reports were very detailed, and it took our team a few weeks to get used to them. Samet then added a one-page summary with only the actions for the week, which made it much easier for us to act quickly.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve scaled our revenue to seven figures over the course of our engagement, driven by paid acquisition rather than one-off spikes. We’ve also built our marketing organization and its operating philosophy from scratch, including how we structure tests, judge creative, and decide what gets budget. This framework outlasts any single campaign.Moreover, we’ve worked on reporting to a level of detail most teams skip, including channel, campaign, creative, cost, and the full path from ad spend to subscription revenue. This has given us the confidence to move budget fast and the discipline to kill things that aren’t working.Additionally, we’ve anchored our metric to D0 ROAS and brought it close to 30% consistently across channels. At that level, the payback math works: we recover a meaningful share of spend on day one, and the rest of the cost curve becomes upside rather than a gamble. That’s what has allowed us to scale spend confidently and reach seven-figure annual revenue.Finally, we’ve built our team together, which has created a culture that helps our marketing results and decision-making processes. We’ve organized our team around a single shared metric rather than around channels. Everyone — media buying, creative, and analytics — is judged against the same D0 ROAS target, so there’s no situation where one function looks successful while the business isn’t. That alone removes most of the internal debate.

Samet was tasked with developing our User Aquisition stragetgy and this was built around moving fast, identifying trends in data that would allow us to scale quickly and move to our key markets. Samet was tasked with creating and scaling successful ROAS and Purchase campaigns in our key markets. Focusing on an aggressive return window.

Samet helped us create a strategy and campaigns that allowed us to find incredible UA cohorts that provided us with 100% ROAS by as early as D28 in our key market, the US! Working with Samet allowed us to speed up our UA approach significantly. He helped us identify significant indicators in our data that allowed us to push to our Tier 1 markets faster and thus saved us significant spending.Working with Samet was incredibly enjoyable. 
He worked to understand our product intimately, and the creatives he ran resonated perfectly with our audience. The outcomes allowed us to shift our focus to other key areas of the game, as we were confident that we could find our audience easily and profitably.
