Allie helped me clarify what I do, who it’s for, and how to communicate it with confidence. Key deliverables were logo, branding pallete, the website, brand strategy guidelines, ICP, and brand messaging guidelines

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

A beautiful brand and professionally designed website along with a strong social media and online presence that is setting Caring for Mama up for success out of the gate. With only 7 months in business, we're much further along because of our investment in branding with Growth Story Brands from the get go.

She always delivered projects on time and was proactive and highly collaborative in the early development of the brand. She felt more like a partner than a contractor and I still feel that way about her. I plan to keep her a part of the team as long as possible.

Focused messaging and support for women-owned brands making a difference in the world. Her passion for the work I'm doing and her innate understanding of the why and vision behind the company made her a no-brainer choice.

I can't think of anything specifically I would have liked her to do differently. I just wish I had all the budget in the world right now to have her working with me more!

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

I required someone to create a website that could communicate our story effectively in an appealing manner which would compel visitors to the site to donate to our nonprofit or frequent our shop. I also needed a new logo to go with our new website that could appeal to upscale businesses and individuals. 
I wanted the website to have an empowering vibe to go with our achievements in the last 10 years. We also needed a user-friendly shop that could flow with our story. The website needed to have adequate security for the shop and the donation which would be untuitive to work with.

• The key deleiverables required were: Simple Logo which incorporated cultural elements
• Visually appealing webiste that told our story in an uplifting manner.
• User-friendly Shop that was untuitive to the customer and easy to incorporate into our existing operations.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our desireable outcomes were

1. An elegant and appealing Logo
2. A vibrant and uplifting website that told our story in a compelling and precise manner.
3. A userfriendly shop that was easy to interface with and secure for financial transactions.

All of the above were accomplished on time satisfactorily.

Throughout the project, Allie was accessible by texts and emails. She asked the right questions and was always available to answer queries that I had. They had an uncanny ability to know what was required even before I could ask them. They were always on-time with all of the deliverables and the website, logo and shop were ready to go for the conference we attended at the end of September.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The ability to understand the need of the customer and to direct and guide them in the right direction was what i found was most impressive about this company. They made it all seem so effortless and fun that it was easy to forget what we had accomplished in just a month. I had waited for a whole decade to find someone who could do what they did and had failed in the past. The whole process was enjoyable and empowering thanks to Allie.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Growth Story Branding Studio could have done differently?

Growth Story Branding Studio has a way about them that genuinly empowers and encourages the customer to think beyond what is possible. They have a unique process that is very effective and stress-free for the customer at the same time. They strive to be authentic and to understand their client's expectations. Their process is fool-proof and they exceeded our expectations.
