I’m the founder of SWASTHYA, a medical practice.

What challenge were you trying to address with Growth Associates?

I needed someone to provide me with social media marketing services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Our practice has an online magazine. They’re doing the layout and design of the magazine. As for social media, they work with our Instagram and Facebook. In the beginning, they were looking at LinkedIn, as well. Along with their marketing support, they assist with Google Ads and website maintenance.

Throughout the engagement, Growth Associates brought in many new ideas like starting an e-commerce site and providing online consultation. Because of the lockdown, a lot of work is still in the pipeline, but we’ve started the e-commerce portion.

How did Growth Associates perform from a project management standpoint?

The team at Growth Associates is very friendly. We always have a profitable discussion, communicating 1–2 times a week. We use email, and we sometimes meet in-person.

What did you find most impressive about them?

When I started my clinic, I worked with another marketing team that wasn’t giving me results. When I’d ask them for a reason, they never gave me a proper replay. Growth Associates makes communication easy. They let me know if something is done better a certain way or if something went wrong.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could give more inputs for offline marketing because they mainly do online marketing. I’m happy with them.
