Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m a freelance copywriter helping businesses get more leads and sales by improving their website copy.

For what projects/services did your company hire GrowEcom.io?

A lot of my clients were looking for help with their marketing, I have no previous in marketing and was looking for some help. I was looking to outsource Facebook ads so I can focus on doing what I do best.

How did you select this vendor?

I spoke to a few different freelancers and agencies, after hearing their processes, proposals, and researching the companies I decided to go with GrowEcom.io as it seemed like the best option to me at the time.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

After I had reached out and told them I wanted to move forward with them, we started with an onboarding call where we discussed the clients I would be bringing on board and they explained very clearly to me the process/timeline I can expect in regards to getting ads built, communication, etc.

From there they took control of almost all aspects of the service delivery, they dealt with client communication through a slack channel we were all in, they onboarded the client through their system and essentially did everything while remaining completely white-label and operating as if they were my own team.

What was the team composition?

I worked closely with the founder of the company and reported directly to him for any questions or concerns. In terms of other people, there was a dedicated account manager given to my clients.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We started working in June 2021 since we started we have had no clients leave which has really helped with my cashflow as I’m putting in minimal work and still getting a good amount of money back each month, the individual client results do vary from account to account with some doing amazing and others doing okay but the communication and client management has been handle very professionally from them.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The communication between me and them has been seamless, we don’t often get on calls because it’s wasted time from both ends. We communicate through slack whenever neeed but typically there’s not much to discuss as they handle most client related things.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their commitment to client retention is impressive, not only do they put a huge emphasis on client results but they spend a lot of time building a strong relationship with the client through meetings and slack, so clients don’t just see us as a marketing partner but also a trusted advisor.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

My only suggestion for improvement would be if they were able to offer creative design as well but I understand that’s a whole different world.
