I am the co-founder of Big Fish Small Fish. We are a Fish and Chips chain with 5 stores in Singapore and 2 stores in Kuala Lumpur.

We hire Grow Public Relations to assist us with marketing and branding.

Our goals were to increase brand exposure via the various media.

Grow Public Relations was recommended by a vendor that we were then working with.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

We met with the vendor to get her to understand our brand and our history. We described to her our USPs and how we wish to position and move the brand forward.

What was the team composition?

We worked directly with the principal of GPR.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

GPR got us media coverage on a total of 42 platforms giving us a much needed boost in market presence.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

GPR was effective and responsive always near to advise and provided their creative inputs.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

GPR often put in more than expected and helped us in other aspects of our marketing activities. This included ideas input, crafting of write-ups and coordinating campaigns.

Are there any areas for improvement?

If we had a bigger budget I am sure she could have done more.
