Great Results Teambuilding delivers culture changing keynotes, facilitated team building events, and executive coaching for organizations that need more than a motivational speaker or a recreational activity. Founded by Sean Glaze, a former 20 year basketball coach turned corporate speaker and PeopleKeys Certified DISC Facilitator, the company works with groups of 8 to 800 across corporate, healthcare, government, and education sectors.
Every program is built around two proprietary frameworks. The G.R.E.A.T. Culture Model gives leaders a clear structure for building goals, relationships, expectations, accountability, and recognition into daily team habits. The DISC Animal Personality System, using the Lion, Otter, Retriever, and Beaver styles, makes personality awareness practical and memorable for teams at every level.
Great Results Teambuilding has delivered programs for Cisco, John Deere, the CDC, Emory University, Ecolab, Southern Company, the United States Patent and Trademark Office, World Wide Technology, and Colonial Pipeline. Sean is also the author of five leadership books, including Rapid Teamwork and Staying Coachable, and a National Speakers Association member named the 2015 Georgia Chapter Member of the Year.
Services include conference keynotes, half day and full day team building events, custom leadership workshops, and one on one executive coaching. Programs are available in person nationwide, based out of Atlanta, and virtually for remote and hybrid teams. Every engagement is customized through pre event discovery conversations so the content addresses the specific challenges of the group in the room
