With over 23 years of information technology experience, Tim began Great Divide IT in January of 2014 shortly after moving his family to Reno, Nevada. Prior to the move, Tim was a senior engineer for a managed service provider in Jackson, WY. This experience cemented adherence to industry best practices. Cutting corners have no place in an MSP’s vernacular. It’s critical to do things right the first time. We take the long view so that our solutions can stand the test of time. Great Divide IT places an emphasis on customer service be it a vendor, client, prospect, or neighbor.
