Graham Personnel Services provides seasonal workers to assist a paint manufacturer during their busy seasons. Their staff helps the client produce orders, check product quality, and ship them on time.

Graham Personnel Services collaboration with the client has been very successful. Thanks to the vendor, the client doesn't need to spend more time looking for temporary workers who come and go every season. They also commend the caliber of some of the workers the vendor has provided.

Briefly describe what your company does and your role there.

My company makes all the traffic pain we use in the roads in the us Canada and Mexico and I am the plant supervisor or production manager depending on who you ask.

What were your company's goals when you started looking for a partner?

A partnership where they can bring in seasonal workers for our busy season which lasts as long as the weather outside is good and people are painting. It's relationship so when possible we hire the same people back as well
