My organization is canugrower.com, a new site to be launched in June 2022 that sells supplies to grow and enjoy cannabis.

What challenge were you trying to address with Gowebbaby, LLC?

I needed help to design and build my website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

I initially told Gowebbaby what I was looking for, and since, they’ve been in charge of designing and developing my Shopify site. Each time they create a new part of it, they consulte with me to get my approval.

What is the team composition?

I’ve worked with two people from Gowebbaby: Rudra (Developer) and another person.

How did you come to work with Gowebbaby, LLC?

I wanted to build my site on Shopify, so I looked for Shopify development partners for the project, and Gowebbaby was one of the companies that responded. I did some research on them, saw other sites they had developed, and ultimately chose them.

How much have you invested with them?

I’ve spent around $2,400.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in December 2021, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Although I haven’t launched it, my site looks very nice, and my idea came to fruition. Gowebbaby has been delivering what I was looking for; that’s how I’ve measured success. I’m so satisfied with their work that Shopify recently asked me how they’d performed, and I gave them five stars.

How did Gowebbaby, LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

Gowebbaby performs very well, and they’re always on time. They communicate directly with me, and any time I have questions or concerns, they respond in a timely manner. We communicate via email and phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What made Gowebbaby stand out from other providers I researched was their previous work. They showed me very impressive websites from other clients.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. They’re always on point and give me great suggestions.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I definitely recommend working with Gowebbaby. They initially provide a great questionnaire, so be very detailed in answering it so that they know what you need.

We hired Gowebbaby to set up the loyalty program on our website.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We have worked with Gowebbaby several times before in the past. We like working with them because they are very knowledgeable, quick, and responsive.

They were to create a landing page on our store for the loyalty program.

We just launched the Loyalty program therefore we do not yet know exactly what the ROI is but we are anticipating a great increase in return customer rate.

We created a loom video explaining exactly what we needed to be done on our end. We then communicated very effectively via email.

Their level of professionalism and responsiveness was impressive.

Our web site was created in 2020, and since then we have remained in business Gowebbaby. The success of Summcollections can’t be talked without Gowebbaby great contribution. They have helped our Webdevelop to where we are today.

We looked out for vendors on Shopify based on ratings given on Shopify. Gowebbaby was rated 4.5 and they reviews were very good at the time.

Gowebbaby was the initiators of the Summcollections logo, and website. They Summcollections website is also managed by Gowebbaby till date.

So many people have been opportuned to work with Summcollections from Gowebbaby. All people that have worked with us have been very amazing team. Sachin- co founder  Rudra- manager 3. Pratibha-Manager And a host of other fantastic team.

They should be more dynamic in suggesting ideas to customers .

I found them on Shopify Experts and didn’t hire them straight away. After talking to them and seeing how personable they were the decision was made

Website design and refinement was the first project. We then moved on to user experience and website practicality.

We wanted GoWebBaby to create an e commerce online rental site. It was a complicated process but GoWeb did a stellar job.

We wanted a company that did a flawless job but also do it timely.

We had them develop the wireframe after our initial meeting. We had to iterate the calendar for rentals, which was hard but they were able to create it without a glitch.

We had a high customer satisfaction especially with the ease and user friendly nature of the site.

Final project mirrors our proposed designs. We and our clients were very satisfied with the outcome.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Strangely a huge benefit was our timezone. We would leave comments/feedback in the evening and revisions were done the following morning.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

When edits were made based on our feedback other parts would of site would revert or be buggy. The team was quick to fix but annotating those new issues were laborious to identify and document (on our team).
