After contacting them through email, we scheduled an online meeting where they asked us specific questions, so they could offer us a customized service offer. They also invited us to their office, so we could see what they did earlier.

We worked with some of their employees on different parts of the project, and our Marketing team was present.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We've had more than 500 visits to our booth thanks to our creative approach. We attracted attendees from young ages to seniors with this game.

Our communication was so effective that we made magic in a really short time. They answered quickly to our emails, helped in setting up the activity, and provided us with nice staff.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their commitment to these games and to providing a feeling. Their team is very kind and helpful. Also, their creativity is remarkable.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

For us, it was a little bit complicated to transport lazy bags for the game. It was not their fault, but maybe it can be a bonus for future collaborations if they had a few lazy bags in stock so they can offer that service too.

From all agencies applied for this project Good Game had most valuable and detailed project structure.

Good Game organized tournament from ground up. Successfully managed all MKT activities with influencers, promotions of Odyssey brand and monitors and fantastic visuals. Most importantly organization and relationship with players was on top level.

Sales of Odyssey gaming monitors during tournament increased for 100% in countries included in Samsung Odyssey Masters tournament. Odyssey brand name awareness is increased.

Workflow and relationship with Good Game Agency is always professional and on top level. They were always available for ad hoc meetings and provide anything requested during the tournament.

They have enormous knowledge about gaming and they are able to organize gaming tournament from grounds up. Also, they could provide you with correct advice and point you in the right direction when organizing gaming events.

I work at a Croatian pharmaceutical company (global operations) in the Digital Business department as project manager. I am in charge of creating and implementing strategic digital projects for global market.

We wanted to reach the gaming community for our VizolS eye drops, that help gamers take care of their eyes while playing. Good Game was a great partner in reaching our target audience and helping us do this in a way that will be interesting and native to gamers.

How did you select this vendor?

They are very well known in Croatia and the SEE Region for their work, excellent insight into gaming industry and great projects, so this wasn't much of a selection - we knew who we wanted to work with.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

After our initial brainstorming, they came up with a list of ideas on how to integrate our brand, product and story into the Streamatron event. They arranged for influencers and celebrities to take part in educating gamers about the importance of eye health. They also wrote a series of copies for the event, that spoke directly to gamers playing at the event and engaged them in donating money for this charity event. Of course, the created visuals, after movie and report for the event as well as a wide PR campaign.

What was the team composition?

I worked directly with the founder and CEO of Good Game as well as with Business development specialist dedicated to this project, from initial planning to execution.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We managed to raise more money than the events before, we made our first appearance towards the gaming community and had our brand exposed to approx. 100.000 people throughout the campaign.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had an initial kick-off and were in daily communication regarding preparation of all materials. Communication was smooth and positive.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We have had their full support and felt safe about putting our brand in their hands. Their exceptionally good understanding of gaming community, things to do and to avoid in communicating in this space.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

Looking at it from the perspective of a first cooperation, I must admit there is nothing that could've been done better or that I would have done differently. We as a client could've been more responsive at the begging not to waste some precious time, but in spite of that Good Game managed to have everything done as we planned and in time.

I’m currently the chief digital officer at a cross-media integration startup. For the primary company that holds the entire litigation, I’m in charge of integrations between digital and offline media, primarily television. Good Game Agency works with Odaline, a marketing agency that deals with everything from media to creative concepts and different engagements for brands. For Odaline, I’m the primary digital consultant.

What challenge were you trying to address with Good Game Agency?

We worked for a global software consultancy. They had many struggles recruiting new developers. We tried to address this by engaging the end client in e-sports.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Good Game Agency helped us organize and enable talent in well-done e-sports tournaments. They were in charge of the entire organizational aspect — it wasn’t only marketing but also event organization, content production, and consultancy. In the first tournaments, they did the wrap-up videos and technical management of the Twitch teams. In summary, Good Game Agency organized and moderated the teams and created the overlays for the events.

We’ll go into the same project in a couple of months, and we chose them again to do everything. They know what they’re doing from creative, production, and promotional standpoints.

What is the team composition?

The primary contact was Valentina (Business Development Specialist); she was the account manager for the entire process. We also had Nikola (Founder & CEO), who acted as a steering person to cut the discussions and make decisions. Additionally, we had three people on technical support. One person did chat moderation, and someone else ensured that everything worked.

How did you come to work with Good Game Agency?

They’re pretty prominent in Central Eastern Europe, which is our region. They do many big tournaments, and their exposure and social media are really nice — those were our first touchpoints.

Then, we had one meeting where they introduced themselves. We did it all through email after that. Everything just clicked so nicely and fast that we didn’t have second thoughts about employing anybody else. The expertise and price range were there, and everything was in place.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent close to $25,000. Our second project will be $50,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

The first contact was in March 2021. The actual tournament was a couple of months later, and our engagement ended in June 2021. However, we’ll work again on the continuation of the project. It’ll start next month and will be ongoing until June 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We were the top-viewed Twitch channel on each game day for the first tournament. Also, we had zero negative feedback from participants, and the streams were very professional and smooth.

How did Good Game Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

It was great; we didn’t have any objections. Everything was streamlined, and Good Game Agency proactively handled everything before we even had the chance to do it.

We used Discord, Outlook, and Google Spreadsheets for project management and communication. We had many phone calls, in-person meetings, and WhatsApp messages. In general, we could reach them on any media that they had.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their positive mental attitude was outstanding.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, we didn’t have objections. We were so happy with the project that we didn’t even look for another partner for the continuation.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Go for it and trust them; they’re great experts. If you need them, don’t hesitate to ask for anything because they’ll simply deliver. We had an easy process; we didn’t have to squeeze anything out of their team that didn’t come out naturally.
