What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Unfortunately the outcome was not successful. When the lease was up, we moved and left space in good, clean condition. When asked when the security deposit will be returned, we were reminded of the 21 day provision. The 21 days came and went and no money was returned. 

Upon inquiring with Paul we received off putting responses along with threats of deducting money from the security deposit for “repairs” that were never explained. Terrible treatment with no resolution. Very frustrating after being a very good tenant for many years. And still no deposit refund paid.
