I’m the CEO of Interstate Data, a new navigation app.

What challenge were you trying to address with Goldin Solutions?

We just launched our app on the iOS app store. Goldin Solutions helped us get the word out.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Goldin Solutions spearheaded PR initiatives for us through all traditional media channels. This entailed securing various media and press placements. They also led social media campaigns to promote our new navigation app.  

What is the team composition?

The team size varied depending on the project phase, but I worked with between 6–7 people in total.

How did you come to work with Goldin Solutions?

They were referred to us. We interviewed them and found them to be a great fit. Their portfolio was impressive and their pricing competitive.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent roughly $250,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in September 2019, and our work wrapped up in June. We’re tentatively slowing down during COVID-19 but will continue working with them in the future.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They did an exceptional job. What we had before doesn’t even compare to the media coverage we have now. We enjoyed millions of downloads thanks to their PR efforts.

They were quick to jump in whenever we needed additional support, even if it wasn’t explicitly covered in the original scope of work. I appreciated how they took charge and took a huge load off our shoulders.

How did Goldin Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

They performed wonderfully. They’re professional, timely, and innovative, so I can’t say enough good things about them. They worked closely with us in preparing for our launch.  

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re a top-notch team that can drive phenomenal results.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I don’t think so. I’d be hard-pressed to come up with any constructive criticism.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Get in there while you can. They only take on so many clients.
