Initially, it was hard to distinguish them from other service providers in their space. I took a chance with them because I felt that they didn't push too hard. Other similar services often rush to "let's get married" too soon. Globy doesn't do the "hard sell", and gave us enough time to vet the candidates they provided that we could gain confidence in their sourcing techniques. I would suggest providing testimonials from other satisfied customers or in person calls with those customers to help land a new customer.

We maintained constant contact via Slack and had scheduled weekly sync-up calls to stay up-to-date. Globy managed the pipeline, interview scheduling, and feedback. Whenever we needed to make any changes, they had no issues adjusting the process right away.
