Truly took the time to understand our business and constraints Didn't send over low-quality engineers, ever. Sensitive to near-shore limitations and guided us on best-practices for legal coverage in the locales they source from.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Globy could have done differently?

Initially, it was hard to distinguish them from other service providers in their space. I took a chance with them because I felt that they didn't push too hard. Other similar services often rush to "let's get married" too soon. 
Globy doesn't do the "hard sell", and gave us enough time to vet the candidates they provided that we could gain confidence in their sourcing techniques. I would suggest providing testimonials from other satisfied customers or in person calls with those customers to help land a new customer.

As we interviewed candidates and clarified what we were looking for, Gogloby adapted their sourcing and screening process to further improve the quality of candidates. Gogloby was able to source candidates fast enough to keep up with our hiring process and aided in negotiations and closing the candidates we chose. 

After placing the candidates under contract, Gogloby continued to check in regularly with Bonusly and the contractors to ensure both parties were satisfied and aid in any issues that arose.
