What challenge were you trying to address with GO First Consulting?

We needed help setting up JobTread and tying it in with some AI tools. We wanted to take data that we already had and put it into JobTread to get our new estimate system built up.

What was the scope of their involvement?

GO First Consulting has helped us set up JobTread. We’ve already started the process, but we weren’t there yet and kind of paused. The team has helped us take the leap to get us set up and going. We’re not 100% done yet, but the work has mostly involved data migration. The process has been tied into using Claude (Anthropic) to get things set up in a way that makes it easier for us.
