Glow Design Agency created multiple concepts for us to choose from and iterate on and ultimately developed one final animation that is currently live on our homepage. They handled the full design process end-to-end. As with any agency–client collaboration, the concepts and details were refined through iterations between Glow Design Agency and the Holistic AI marketing team, resulting in a high-quality deliverable that aligned with our objectives and standards.

We don’t have metrics that directly attribute performance to the animation Glow Design Agency produced, but we believe it meaningfully enhanced our homepage — a high-priority, high-visibility channel.Our senior and marketing leadership were very pleased with the animation — it wouldn’t have been added to our homepage otherwise. 
The quality was excellent: crisp, clean, and aligned with our vision. Most importantly, it helped convey our product visually, which is inherently complex and difficult to articulate. We credit the Glow Design Agency team for their collaborative approach and willingness to iterate with us to translate a sophisticated piece of software into an accessible, high-impact visual animation.

Glow Design Agency worked on the full UI/UX design for both our Dropcall AI mobile app and marketing website. For the app, they delivered screen designs for onboarding, profile setup, voice selection, settings, and call interface. For the website, they created a clean, modern landing page design, with sections for features, benefits, and pricing, optimized for both desktop and mobile.

They also provided design assets, a clickable prototype, and style guidelines to help our developers build everything smoothly.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

One of the main signs of success was that users immediately understood how to use the app without needing extra instructions. The clean and intuitive design made onboarding smooth, and early testers gave positive feedback about how easy it was to navigate and complete actions in the app.

As our project progressed, we identified a need to illustrate how our product could be utilized by users. In response, Glow Design Agency recommended simplifying the on-screen presentations to ensure that users could easily grasp the concept without getting overwhelmed by details.

All the designs presented exhibited a high degree of readability and ease of implementation. Approval by the team including engineers, product, the CEO of final designs. Timely completion of all assigned Jira tickets. Highly positive feedback from every customer that we showed the designs and prototypes to. Metrics will be tracked once the feature is in production.

Highly responsive to internal and external feedback. All items were delivered on time. The designs evolved as we continuously received feedback (the team were on the calls so it was great they participated in the interviews) and all deliverables were met, giving the Engineering team time to work on development.

They have updated several pages notably the Dashboard page that provides the Host with an overview of their activity on our site.

On one of the projects we worked on with Glow, the outcome was an increase in spaces listed by our Hosts (inventory growth).

We work in two week sprints. We connect through virtual meetings on Mondays and Thursdays and using Loom videos, Figma comments and Slack messages in between those times. They are incredible responsiveness through all channels.
