The project was to understand the potential costs of cloud migration and the results of the SaaS solution used in our organization with one of the cloud providers. GDSC delivers a comprehensive technical specification for each cloud, together with cost estimations and delivery estimations.

Ability to decide whether to stay with the SaaS vendor or migrate to one of the Cloud providers, together with a clean roadmap of technical specifications of the proposed solution for each of the clouds.

The vendor coordinates the project at every stage, with clear communication about next steps and deliverables. Everything was delivered on time and with the correct explanation.
