To build a new website based around keyword research, with a view to it performing better in SEO search and also converting people who found it.
To develop our PPC adword campaigns and align them to our new web landing pages.
To write regular email marketing emails and send them to our database.
To write, schedule and post to our 4x social media accounts.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The new website was created and went live within agreed timescale (fixed date for launch)
The new website position increased on google search for key words (ongoing)
New PPC campaign set up and running within agreed timescale (fixed date)
PPC campaign achieved the following (ongoing):
1. Drive more people to new website
2. Drive more people to place a specific enquiry for our services
3. Drive down cost per click and cost per conversion
Increase engagment levels and followers on social channels
Increase engagement levels on email marketing (open rates, click through rates)

Ultimately, each of the above is to drive an increase in qualified enquiries.

GLO were very responsive. Communication was via phone, email and Google Meet video conference. I was not based particularly close to their offices, so in-person wouldn't have been particularly practical for me, but actually, I don't think it would have been necessary either. If I had a query, they always responded quickly to it.
They were also proactive in highlighting observations and ideas for improvement in our campaigns. They have a team of experts to whom I'm able to speak based on my needs. They also assigned me a project manager to oversee everything. Most actions were performed on the expected timescale.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are a small team of experts, which shows through as a very dedicated and passionate group of people who take pleasure in solving their clients problems. Something that you don't get with large agencies. They are very approachable and nothings too much trouble.
They have a great brand themselves (which is kind of important when you are looking for an agency to help you develop your brand). You can add as many services as you like, from one item to many within the area of branding and digital marketing services. The more you include, the better you can then have them all aligned and working in sync with each other.

Are there any areas for improvement or something GLO could have done differently?

Nothing I can think of.
