I worked with Amin to draft a detailed strategy for creating an innovative contractor matching platform for enterprise software consultants. This included technical details about which AI models, frameworks, and strategys we would deploy as well as approaches to testing, refinement, and feedback.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were able to finalize a grant proposal with detailed technical specifications that can be used to build a prototype of the SaaS platform and accompanying Generative AI technologies.

Amin worked efficiently and completed his deliverables on time along with constructive feedback that drove the project forward.

I'm the founder of IQ Design, an AI-assisted design platform that helps professional interior designers move from ideation to sourcing with precision, control, and speed.

What challenge were you trying to address with Glissando AI?

Early in 2024, I had a series of vague ideas that required a developer skilled in knowing how to turn a founder's broad vision into something actionable.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Glissando AI directed the development of the proof of concept, which served to validate the founder's vision, and supported the continued development of the MVP. Beyond their technical involvement, Glissando AI focused attention on the importance of connecting the platform's technical capabilities to the needs of its potential customers and solve particular problems. It's leader, Amin Rabinia, spent considerable time understanding the founder's vision, directing targeted questions to hone our business ideas and think more strategically. The process culminated in Amin delivering a strategic blueprint to support my company's further development and success. Overall, Amin delivered three primary deliverables: (1) a working prototype, (2) technical research and documentation, and (3) a strategic business framework.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Glissando AI's first measurable outcome was a willingness to explore the unknown, which resulted in the launch of the proof of concept. The publishing of a future data structure which allowed the strategic planning process to evolve, which Amin expertly captured, refined, and published. Currently, IQ Design is onboarding its first paying customers, which would likely not have occurred without Glissando AI's achievements.

Glissando AI is responsive and keeps its time commitments. We communicate through virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

One of Glissando AI's most impressive outcomes was their willingness to challenge the founder to define and refine our strategic plan. They have been fiercely committed to ensuring the technology centers on solving a particular problem, and adapting strategy from a lens of value, versus technical capabilities or processes.

Increased use of communication infrastructure will support all parties.
