Located in both San Francisco and Sherman Oaks, California, GL Planning & Design (GLP) specializes in planning, architecture and tenant-improvement design for facilities with an advanced technology focus. The firm provides a full range of architectural services for the biotechnology, microelectronics and health care sectors, while also designing laboratories, manufacturing facilities, and special purpose buildings for the institutional, higher-education and commercial markets. While the San Francisco office covers a wide "Bay Area" service region, including Berkeley/Emeryville, Merced, Davis and Sacramento, the Southern California office serves the Los Angeles region, including the cities of Irvine, Thousand Oaks and Costa Mesa. However, GLP has been lab planner to other firms on out-of-state and International projects as far as China.
