I am now in charge of the cybersecurity of our Microsoft 365 environment.

For what projects/services did your company hire GitBit?

My company needed a Microsoft 365 security administrator to qualify as a gold partner with Microsoft. I wanted to hop into cybersecurity so I found Gitbit and learned everything I needed to get certified.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I searched online. I was looking for something that would teach me how to apply everything I learned at a fair price.

They had lessons and practice tests. The lessons were thorough. The practice tests helped me pass the exam.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I didn't discuss anything with their team. All the resources are on their site.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I passed the Microsoft 365 security administrator certificate.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

All the resources were available online so I could access them anywhere at anytime.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I appreciate that they offered the lessons and practice tests free of charge.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I wish they had more video lessons

We were looking for cybersecurity training for our team surrounding Microsoft 365. We needed to be able to secure our Microsoft 365 environment, as well as, our customers

I know John Gruber from Phoenixville. I knew he started Gitbit and I needed his services.

They gave me and my team access to all the resources we needed to become experts in Microsoft 365 security. They provided training and hands-on lessons to help my team understand how to secure a Microsoft 365 tenant.

We worked directly with John Gruber and his website.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Two members of my team were able to pass the Microsoft 365 Security administrator certificate and we are now helping our customers secure their Microsoft 365 environments.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They kept us updated on our progress through the educational experience. There tracking and practice tests also helped us know when we were ready to take the Microsoft 365 security certificate.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We appreciated that all the training material was free to use.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We'd love more information on how to create apps in Intune and how to better manage our devices through Intune.
