Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m a senior department director at a medical AI diagnosis company. We use AI and machine learning to speed up disease diagnosis and care coordination in hospitals, helping healthcare providers identify patients, inform decisions, and improve outcomes.

What challenge were you trying to address with Gifthead?

We needed help managing our internal hiring process end-to-end.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Gifthead has worked with us on ±20 hirings during the last year and a half. The team has been responsible for polishing job descriptions, designing the interview flow, proactively reaching out to candidates, managing and coordinating the interview process, updating the system, and conducting referral interviews. The only part they haven’t managed is the HR interview and offer communication.

We found them through a referral. We chose them over other options because they were a great culture fit, and I was impressed.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in February 2025, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Gifthead has helped us improve our time to hire and acceptance rate. We’ve achieved a 100% acceptance rate and a time to fill of 44 days.

How did Gifthead perform from a project management standpoint?

Gifthead always delivers on time. We communicate via virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

It feels like they’re part of our organization in terms of commitment, deep understanding, communication with stakeholders, ability to raise flags, and help us improve our process.
