We communicated via email, Zoom calls as well as their project management/crm-Basecamp for task tracking and deadline visibility. I received weekly progress updates via email and was able to access the platform for real-time updates and discussions. The intial project timeline was largely adhered to, with minor delays in the editing phase promptly communicated and a revised timeline established.
