The plan was for them to help me write my book which was suppose to be best seller fictional novel within a six month time frame

There were no measurable outcomes because timelines were never respected. Feedbacks could take weeks before they respond. It was a mess!

No they did not deliver on time. They were very disorganized. Project became open ended with no specific time lines. Reverts was even worse because you have to keep chasing them. Reverts could take up 10 working days. They were very unprofessional in their responses.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Initially, they responded as professionals but as we continued, I began to noticed that they were too many smoke screens covering their gross incompetence.

They should be more professional in approach. They have a project timeline and learn how to respond promptly. They also be more transparent and open in their communication.
