I hired Logo Livery to create a new and updated version of my current logo.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I came across their website and thought it looked fantastic. I liked their previous work and purchased the top tier package.

A very simple logo update. A modern take of what we currently had.

Just one who communicated with me through Whatsapp.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The package I purchased offered a 5 day turn around time. 11 days later after contacting them I received my 3 logos to review. None of which I was happy with. They revised one and then told me I was at my limit. I did not want to use any of the provided logos so I said, no problem could I please pay you for what you have done so far and please refund the further services I requested.

After telling me I was just a customer and had no idea about design (an area I am very passionate and experienced in) they told me my logo was terrible and to put a poll up to prove that theirs is better. I didn't want to go to that extent as I was not going to use it anyway but they insisted. 100% of the 36 voters agreed my original logo was better. A long story short, no partial refund was offered. So I paid $490 for 4 amateur designs which I will not be using :) I never leave negative reviews regardless of my experience but I would hate for someone else to make the mistake I did. GO ELSEWHERE.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The Whatsapp communication was good, yet they were not willing to co-operate with me when I did not like their work.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It was unique how poor their customer service was. You can tell they are a young startup with an ego and unwilling to listen or try and resolve an issue professionally.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

If they had have refunded me even half of the project I would have walked away and so oh well, at least I paid them for their time but I did not get ripped off. Instead I left with no logo, $500 down the drain and a horrendous customer experience. I would not recommend their services to anyone.
