Get Started was founded in 2014 by three creatives who envisioned an agency free of internal bottlenecks. One that could deliver fast and hassle-free creative work to clients. To achieve this, they implemented a flat organizational structure that allows clients to build lasting relationships directly with the agency's team, not with layers of bureaucracy. To stay true to its mission, Get Started only delivers work produced by seasoned creatives and employs a deliberate slow growth strategy. We offer graphic design, copywriting, scriptwriting, digital marketing and social media management services for small and medium sized companies based in Romania, the US and Australia but also integrated communications planning, brand strategy development, and consumer engagement campaigns for larger companies. Our goal as an agency is to support brand and marketing teams to delight, convert, educate, and engage their target audience effectively.
