The Managerial Accounting and Tax Advisory began its activities in 1972.

Founded by Mr. Helio Meier as a dream come true in accounting, it began with a small room on Rua Visconde do Rio Branco, Bairro Floresta. Over the decades, it has gone through tough times, shifted its headquarters a few times to suit the nuances of the market, and consciously seized on the warming moments of the economy. It is currently installed in its own headquarters consisting of three commercial rooms on Avenida Farrapos in Bairro Floresta, a total of 250 m², with easy access to downtown Porto Alegre and close to City Hall, IRS, and Junta Commercial RS.

For over 40 years in the market, I always knew where it came from and where to go.

Based on the strategic business vision and experience of its Board of Executive Officers, the Company conceived the current strategic planning in order to take advantage of the opportunities that were emerging in accounting arising from the changes caused by the SPED program and the internationalization of Brazilian accounting standards. This new reality has increased corporate costs and made it difficult to meet corporate and tax obligations without many companies being able to incorporate qualified employees into their staff to meet these new demands.

In recent years, even in the face of the economic crisis in Brazil, Gerencial has grown beyond expectations and is working to make the future even brighter and more prosperous not only for the company but also for our employees and customers.
