A company from the commercial and residential real estate industry, providing a range of engineering and consulting services in the field of space management strategies for lease and tax purposes of office, retail, warehouse, residential, tenement and other buildings. The company advises and performs comprehensive due diligence analyzes in the field of: engineering, legal and standard geodesy, geotechnics, geology, architecture, real estate law. It performs 3D scanning, photogrammetry, architectural inventories, thermal imaging measurements and drone measurements. During 13 years of practice, the team has measured ~6 million m² of space in thousands of facilities, acting on behalf of the largest companies from the commercial real estate market in Poland and Europe. In 2019, the company developed a proprietary Geodetic Rent RollTM program for comprehensive and error-free management of rental areas.

Geodetic is the organizer of National Congresses and the Investor Academy organized annually in various Polish cities. The events are attended by ~1000 people a year. Every year, the company issues numerous expert opinions and the INVESTOR Real Estate Expert Yearbook, in which the Geodetic team and real estate market experts share substantive knowledge useful to managers, owners, developers, architects, attorneys, real estate agents and other real estate market specialists. Since 2015, articles by the Geodetic team have been published in the following journals: C.H.
