Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We hired GEO Close to make our brand show up when customers ask AI assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Claude for things like "art gifts Singapore" or "handmade wall art Singapore." It is a channel we had no visibility in, and traditional SEO did not cover it. They started by building an AI visibility baseline across around 21 real buyer questions, checking whether the engines named us and who they named instead, then measuring again every month so progress was tracked rather than guessed. From there they gave us a complete plan and are executing it alongside us. Key deliverables: On-site content. A topical-authority hub-and-spoke build (a ceramic wall art hub page plus supporting articles), plus a rework of our existing pages that the AI engines could not cite, turning them into citable pages with FAQ and answer-block sections the assistants can lift directly. Everything structured with schema and internal linking, with a publishing guide. Entity and technical fixes so the engines can retrieve and trust our pages. An off-site plan covering the listings, citations, and mentions the engines read, which we are now rolling out together. A monthly progress report showing which buyer questions we have newly started getting named on.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Before working with GEO Close, we were barely mentioned when people asked AI assistants about art or gifts in Singapore. After about a month of work, our visibility in those AI answers went up significantly, and we began appearing as a direct recommendation on several of our most important buyer questions. Nothing we already ranked for slipped, and we can now see, month over month, exactly where our brand shows up.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Communication was easy and consistent, mostly over WhatsApp with regular Microsoft Teams meetings. Every deliverable came with a clear plan we could follow, and they kept us updated on progress throughout.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed us most was how specific and personal the work was. Instead of generic blog content, they dug into what only our studio can say, our maker, our method of original ink on unglazed ceramic, and our Joo Chiat roots, and turned exactly that into the material AI engines now quote. They worked backwards from the real questions our buyers ask AI, and from the competitors being recommended instead of us, and closed those precise gaps. As a small independent studio, seeing ourselves named in the same AI answers as much larger, established galleries within about a month was not something we expected.

Are there any areas for improvement or something GEO Close could have done differently?

Nothing significant so far. It is a new and fast-moving area, so a couple of the concepts took us a little time to get familiar with at the start, though they walked us through it.
