We brought in GeniusFlow to overhaul how our dispatch admin and warehouse tracking worked. They started by auditing how many steps were involved from customer order to delivery, and I’ll be honest—it was embarrassing. There were 19 different screens our staff had to click through to finalise a single shipment!

They came back with a full end-to-end workflow automation plan. It included training RPA bots to read data from invoices, populate dispatch labels, log freight requests, and even check inventory levels in real time—something we’d been doing manually every single morning.

Later, they trained AI Agents to proactively flag delivery exceptions based on a mix of past delays, road disruptions, and weather data. That part alone saved our planning team 4–5 hours a week.

Are there any areas for improvement or something GeniusFlow Pty Ltd could have done differently?

Honestly, not much. If I had to nitpick, I’d say it would have helped to have a mini onboarding bootcamp for our ops leads. A few assumptions were made that took us a day or two to clear up—but they were quick to adapt.
