They worked seamlessly with our designers to incorporate our design system into the React application, ensuring a user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing interface. RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Working with Genius Logix, we saw real progress every week. Our way of tracking success was simple: we had weekly sprints and at the end of each week, the Genius Logix team showed us what they'd done. It was more than just updates; they always had something solid and impressive to show. This regular check-in gave us a clear picture of how the project was moving forward and reassured us that we were on the right track.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Genius Logix nailed it when it came to fitting into our team. We went with a staff augmentation approach and it felt like they were always part of our team. They were in on all our sprint meetings, just like any other engineer we had. They were always around during our usual working hours. If we had a question or needed something, they were just a message away - super responsive. It was like having an extra team member who was always ready to jump in. Everything was delivered on time, and it really felt like they got what we needed and were there to make it happen.

I met them at a FinTech Meetup conference in March 2025. I chose them over other options because they had high ratings, a great culture fit, good value for cost, and company values aligned with ours. We also built a consistent relationship starting from when we met. I also spoke directly to several references from other organizations who spoke very highly of the results delivered by  Genius Logix.
