For what projects/services did your company hire General Contractor, and what were your goals?

We hired them for Home renovation in Dubai. That was our customer old home. We hired Generalcontractor for Remodel the home.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

They have high Skilled Labor for that we decide to hire them.

First of all we called them to meet with us and see our project for renovate and they gave us a estimate and the estimate our manager liked that's why we work work with us.

What were the terms and the value of the lease, and what percentage did General Contractor take in commission?

I don't know how much commission they taken. I think they didn't take any commission because the work was project based.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We only showed them the old Home and they did everything like they provide materials and labor and everything.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the engagement or general feedback about the services?

They completed a Home Renovation for our customer and we are very happy with the results. Not only was the work well performed, but he recommended subtle touches that really make the space pop.

Our communication tools was only phone call and directly meeting

They start work quickly.

I think Everything is okay.

I found them on google and they have good Page ratting

First of all I found them on Google and I called them then I see they have good customer support knowledge and I asked them, do you provide but Remodeling service they said yes, and I give them the job details and they come on our location and give us a good estimate that's why we hired them.

What were the terms and the value of the lease, and what percentage did General Contractor take in commission?

I don't know how much percentage they take commission from this job but I see they gave us a labour and to pay their labour bill also for their contractor bill

Only they ask me to provide bathroom materials

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the engagement or general feedback about the services?

We hired Generalcontractor to complete a bathroom remodel for the bathroom of my Dubai Jmart. It was a pleasure to work with an architect who was able to help us visualize what we wanted to achieve for the bathroom we are building, particularly the conversion of our shower to tub.

Generalcontractor was also extremely helpful getting all the required approvals/permits to build. When it was time to start the remodel, Sabbir and team were extremely careful regarding our furniture and floors , and they made sure that everything was properly protected. We will definitely work with Generalcontractor again!

They provided top-notch service at a very cheap price.
