Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We requested Gass to support us in the delivery of our internal end of financial year address, where our president and key heads of business units deliver a company wide update on the financial year performance, and share their vision for the year ahead.

This year we wanted to enhance the production value using more elements of our technology and document the process, Gass supported with both, providing: 

• High quality multi-camera studio production
• Live vision mixing between 4 cameras, Picture in Picture, and Fullscreen graphics
• High quality audio recording and mixing
• Isolated recordings of all vision feeds for post production flexibility
• 'As Live' recording of our webcast, with adjustments made in post production
• Delivered a high resolution mix for archive and an optimised mix for teams playout 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

All stakeholders were impressed with the quality of the output, and inspired by the process, which allowed them to present more infomation in a more engaging way.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The whole Gass team where excellent from start to finish. Andrew was our main contact and was exceptional, not only with managing the production elements, but also with guiding us through the process as we explored a new production format with significantly more ambition and complexity than previous years.

Onsite, the technical crew were fast, efficient and mindful of our facilities, the communication to our facility team was excellent to ensure the equipment was set up whilst the active office continued it's working day with minimal disruption.

During the production, the Gass team made our presenters feel extremely comfortable, allowing them to present calmly and confidently in the studio, ensuring that the information was presented in the best and most engaging way possible.

Our communications team required some last-minute changes in post-production, which the Gass team handled quickly and gracefully, going above and beyond their original brief to ensure that we had the perfect deliverable at the end.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The communication, the clear experience, the commitment to quality and the awareness of our brand expectations was the impressive part for us.

Being able to understand our vision, and add value to it, helping us to go beyond our own original expectations, this was evident from the first meeting.

They felt like a true partner on the project, helping guide us through the technical execution and advising on creative choices with the extensive experience, this made the whole process much more manageable and collaborative. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something gassProductions could have done differently?

Gass provided a perfect service for us, there is nothing we would have done differently!
