• Augment staff for various areas of software development.
• The goal of the project was to support CenExel's integrations in to Microsoft solutions by improving system performance and stability, while preparing the platform for future integrations and new module implementations to support the company's continued growth

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The building of a recruiting platform that enabled marketing to identify candidates and for recruiting to be able to engage through the qualification and initialization phases.  The key deliverables were a functioning workspace that allowed marketing and recruiting to do their job as well as enable the leadership to be able to report on the efficiencies of the staff and the marketing campaigns.  Seemless integrations with Meta, Google, and enterprise applications. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Increase usage of the application by 400% and shorten the time needed to input the data by 50% and reduce the time from lead to contact by 50%.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The team followed a very strict Agile process and was able to effecively communicate roadblocks and well as removing roadblocks through their own efforts.  Delivery was never a problem when I had their team members doing the work.  Changes in timeline were communicated early and with solid reasons.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Very skilled in the Dynamics space.  The team members are as dedicated if not more dedicated to the success of the projects as any full time employee.  They are committed to the success of the product and the company which is a difficult thing to get augmented staff to buy into.  Very qualified and professional.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Gambito could have done differently?

Nothing the company could improve on just small areas for individual team members.

I'm the practice lead for D365 business applications at a Microsoft Dynamics 365 partner providing ERP, CRM, and Microsoft cloud solutions. We help organizations align technology with strategy through expert implementation and long-term support across North America.

What challenge were you trying to address with Gambito?

We needed strong D365 customer engagement consultants who could augment our delivery team on projects where our team was already booked up.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Gambito has provided functional consulting and development assistance on many projects with tight deadlines and high customer demands. They've delivered on several sales and customer service projects. In addition, they've helped with a contact center rollout with telephony. That project also had a very tight timeline, and the telephony cutover went over excellently.

What is the team composition?

We work with 2–5 teammates from Gambito.

How did you come to work with Gambito?

We found them through a referral. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings, their pricing fit our budget, they were a great culture fit, they offered good value for the cost, and their company values aligned with ours.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in July 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

Gambito has met customer expectations by hitting deadlines and delivering value to our customers. Our customers have been impressed with the work they've performed.

How did Gambito perform from a project management standpoint?

Gambito's project management is great. They've assigned a project manager to work with our project manager to ensure resources are aligned with our project team. We communicate via virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Gambito is very flexible to work with. They have some great consultants who are very skilled and client-facing.

I don't think there's anything they can improve on.
