Our baked goods were born in the back room of a chef-owned restaurant on the coast of Maine. We folded and cut our beloved Cream Cheese Biscuits each day before dinner service. Family, friends, and neighbors gathered there to break bread together. We committed to baking with clean, simple ingredients we felt good about serving to those we love. 

Naturally, for us, taste drives all our decisions and the tradition of making food together is the touchstone of our business. Our pledge to use clean, simple ingredients is steadfast.
