BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I was the head of audiovisual production of Sunset agency, a digital advertising company for big clients in Brazil.

For what projects/services did your company hire Gabinete & Co., and what were your goals?

We worked together in multiple projects based on post-production or animation for brands like Nextel, Itaucard, Seara and others. The goal was to have beautiful digital video ads that were relevant for the brand moment and also that matched the budget we had.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I was presented to Gabinete by one of my colleagues, but the huge experience and careful craft of the portfolio made me hire them.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.

We usually started with a briefing meeting that was followed by a presentation by the production company of an aesthetic treatment of the project. After that we would see a draft, animatic, or similar preview and go to the actual production, with at least three stages of approval until the final delivery.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We worked directly with the creative director of the production company who received our briefings and feedbacks and passed them on to the rest of the finalization and animation team.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

All projects were very well regarded by the agency's clients, and the production processes generated a lot of comfort for the agency's internal creative team. We were always able to meet tight deadlines on special projects together, which was a victory in itself.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

The creative director has always been very friendly and a partner in every project, always present, making us very comfortable with the unfolding of the project. He was available both by email, phone and WhatsApp for any special urgency. The approval processes were done in face-to-face meetings at the production company, which was located in a very nice house.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The differential of the production company is the quality it delivers and the experience in managing animation projects, even when running away from the big names in this market.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I never thought I needed anything extra in particular in the projects.
