On the next stage, we have used our concept as a foundation for functional mock-ups, which were finally turned into graphic designs. The whole process took us 3 months, I had stayed informed about any updates.

Flexible changes in marketing plans and creating new branches are now delivered in days, not months like before. Users can do this using just few clicks in the administration panel. Due to the changes on the automotive market and the desire of Volkswagen Group to start selling parts online, we have prepared a concept for creating a B2B sales platform operating throughout the country. Poland was selected by Volkswagen AG as a pilot country to test this sales model.
PROJECT OUTCOME

In the pilot version of the project, the system was supplied with 1 million parts. We took care of the platform’s efficiency, assuming a load in the form of a large number of orders, communication between multiple systems, exchange of huge amounts of information and work based on up to several million items. One of the key features was the potential for scalability - we have prepared the final system to be ready to receive several million parts in future.

Nora is an innovative platform to create digital offers for one of the biggest car manufacturers around the world - Volkswagen AG. G-Group has been working on this project since 2015 finally reaching the 3.0 version recently. Currently, the tool is being used across dealerships in 12 European countries. 
PROJECT OUTCOME

Thanks to choosing Node.js as the main backend language the tool became much faster and “lighter”. What is more, the Platform is now prepared for fast translation in case of any implementation in a new country. It’s also ready for any integrations through API and it provides sharing options in social media, through special formats dedicated for Facebook and Whatsapp. Nearly 1,500 Volkswagen dealers create 4,500 offers using Nora tool everyday.

Our task was to create a loyalty program in the form of a mobile application for NeoNail - one of the leading international companies in the nail styling and care category offering unique and innovative products. This complex project required simultaneous work on a few different products to be delivered.
PROJECT OUTCOME

G-Group created a mobile app which was the core of the project and which serves more than 50,000 customers out of which 10,000 registered just within 5 days from the start. The NeoNail Club currently handles over 20,000 product orders. The app was integrated with the online store and Comarch Altum software and the orders are sent to the administration panel. Purchases are assigned to customers according to the ID of the loyalty card and the customer can see the purchase history on the mobile application. We also ensured the system flexibility - the use of a dedicated CMS allows for further development of the application

G-Group has designed and built from scratch a modern and responsive ecommerce platform in alignment with VW CI, including a panel for administrator, based on our proprietary solution.
PROJECT OUTCOME

We have managed to present the final solution in just 3 months since VW told us about the project for the first time. Despite the short completion period the ecommerce platform is really complex with features such as: smart search engine, all the products tagged with dozens of tags, integration with the popular price comparison tool, payment integration for multiple sellers (dealers), custom discount codes module and a custom admin panel. G-Group also provided quality assurance, maintenance and after-release development of additional features.

DESCRIPTION
For a Polish startup we have prepared an Android mobile application used by participants and coaches of the training sessions. App allows you to simply share and collect your teaching materials from coaching sessions. It’s dedicated to coaches and trainees.
PROJECT OUTCOME

After defining the full scope of the application, we moved to building application documentation, the first UX mockups and the application logotype. After positive verification by the focus group, we moved to the graphic preparation of several dozen unique views of the application. After the approval of the application prototype, i.e. an interactive graphic mock-up, we started programming. Working with a startup client demanded the flexible approach so we handed over the project for testing to stakeholders iteratively - tab by tab, so that we could make the necessary changes at any time in the project.

### Adam Mickiewicz University – lecture planing
DESCRIPTION
We prepared a new version of a lecture planning system for one of the biggest universities in Poland. The first version was created in 2015 and after 5 years it became a bit outdated so the client asked us to prepare an updated version. As the client did not have the exact idea on the update, we did a workshop to check what we can improve.
PROJECT OUTCOME
System contains many complicated functionalities like:



Search engine (searching by: lecturers, activities, halls)


Planning classes, taking into account the availability of lecturers and the potential conflict of rooms (e.g. too many students for the size of the room)


Access for the student via Progressive Web Apps (PWA) website


Calculating salaries for lecturers


Notification for students and lecturers


Reports per lecturer, hall, group of students, activities etc.



KEY CHALLENGES
01 Making the tool accessible for people with disabilities in accordance with Polish governmental regulations
02 Planning a complex system for managing lecturers' duty hours, room occupancy, current messages, lecture plans etc.
03 Thoroughly testing the application to make sure that the user will be notified about the conflicting results

DESCRIPTION
Innovative solution for a Polish startup, dedicated to insurance companies, dealers and service stations. Platform helps to fill out motor claims settlement, reducing costs for insurance companies.
PROJECT OUTCOME
Globe Group has developed the platform for ‘4 Workshop’ startup which became a link between body shops and spare parts or services suppliers which is necessary in the activity related to the car body repairing in claims handling process.
The platform provides the following functionalities:
 


Optimizing the technical advisors working time in insurance companies


Spare parts cost, services and additional non-paint materialoptimizing


Cash flow efficiency improvement


The timely payment to entities selling parts and services
