Future Media is a social media marketing agency based at Weltpoststrasse 5 in Bern, with a second office at Hardstrasse 201 in Zurich. We run Instagram and TikTok for SMEs, self-employed professionals and brands in Switzerland, from content planning through production to publishing.
Every engagement starts with a content concept and an editorial plan. Reels and photos are produced on a shoot day at the client's location; filming, editing and subtitles are done by our own team. We then handle publishing and community management, so the channels stay active without taking up the client's time.
On top of ongoing management, we run paid social campaigns for two goals: lead generation (qualified customer enquiries) and employer branding (applications from skilled workers and apprentices).
Every month we report what happened: reach, engagement and, for campaigns, the cost per enquiry or application.

Future Media is a social media marketing agency led by Elias and Livia. Elias is a videographer and creative director, Livia leads strategy and client relations. Our team in Bern and Zurich brings together videographers, a photographer, a social media strategist, a project manager and a brand face who gives companies a face on camera. Concept, filming, editing, campaigns and reporting sit in one team, so clients explain their goals once, not five times.
