Our Story
Rajan Desai and Jeremy Herzog founded Fulton Ring in New York in 2024 to build custom data systems alongside the organizations that use them. Rajan turns business challenges into practical project scopes. Jeremy leads architecture and implementation. Both founders stay involved from the first conversation through production. The work spans commercial analytics and public-interest data infrastructure, including HIFLD Next and a public rebuild of FEMA's Future Risk Index.
