Facilitated Discussions

When your team or organisation is planning it's future, or facing internal challenges, it's important that you discuss these subjects efficiently, objectively, and with respect and sensitivity.

A facilitated discussion:

• Provides structure to the discussion
• Guides the discussion and prevents it from veering off track
• Encouarges and allows all group members to contribute and be heard
• Ensires all membsers contribute in a productive way
• Helps the group create and action plan and a series of next steps
